Interview

Very good (and short) interview with food policy expert Tim Lang on the food crisis and what do we mean by sustainable food systems. It is not agriculture that determines the price of food he says, in fact, farming accounts for only a small part of the prices of food. It is what happens after. But policies do not seem to take this into account. Also here, a lot of latest news about the food crisis. I feel I'm blogging less about it because it is all getting very repetitive. We seem to have diagnosed the crisis pretty well, from now on, the challenge is going to be about doing something. (Thanks Daniel)
