Some stuff I read is so outlandish that I don't even know where to start, or if it is worth starting at all. How do you explain geopolitics, ecopolitics, apartheid, colonialism and the relationship between victim and tormentor to people who live in a different dimension?

Oh c'mon Rami cut the poor woman some slack. She doesn't even have a clue how incredibly ignorant, occidocentric, racist, and patronizing she is. She sincerely believes that the only "green" things going on in the ME are happening in Israel and that the only reason Arab countries don't send reps to the "business conferences" she attends in Israel is because they're all too backward and ignorant to understand the value of environmental awareness.
Even more disturbing than her thinking and writing these things is that an outlet as supposedly world-aware and liberal as HuffPo publishes it. Now, that is SAD.
