Inside Lebanon's terroir: Lebanon's Slow Food Trail

In the summer of 2007 a group of students from the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut set out on a journey to explore their own food heritage in partnership with Slow Food Beirut. They studied 25 traditional Lebanese food products from all over the country. Follow their trail on Traditional Lebanese Food.

Neeyalak... This is so wonderful. I wish *I* had been on this trip. Oh I love this post.

You know that the abbot of Deir MKhalles is a comrade of my late father and a man of great understanding and heart. He told me in our last meeting that one must have faith "pour resister."

I will blog it later. Thank you so much...
