Wash hands a lot. Take Vitamin D and get sun exposure for immune support; get rest (I'm up in the night, not taking own advice), fluids, eat well.

Also google recipe for Four Thieves Vinegar - many different concoctions - herbs steeped in vinegar, applied to hands and body to ward off infection. Sage, rosemary, thyme, cloves, camphor. I am sure that za'atar would be efficacious. I have made my own concoction today using yerba buena (local mint that grows wild in my garden) and salvia clevelandii (pungent sage relative from the Eastern Sierras) as well as za'atar from Mieh-Mieh, garlic, cloves and even cinnamon. It won't be ready for ten days at least, or more. Meanwhile, fingers crossed everybody.

Don't panic!

I use the sanitary wipes provided at the grocery store to clean the handles on my basket.
I do admit to choosing my grocery store based on the fewest kids and the widest isles.

Go ahead and laugh...I am too.
