This is an excellent article by George Monbiot, but it only goes part of the way. How are we supposed to overturn the media, the system it supports and the hydra that owns everything? Are we just supposed to be nice to them and to flash our intrinsic values and be assertive about them? How assertive? Monbiot needs to read more Zizek and less WWF.
